Purchased a car at Empire Mazda 3 weeks ago from JB Bonilla who was absolutely fantastic. Very satisfied. Called a few times and left messages to talk to the finance manager to clarify a warranty that I purchased. Didn't hear back. = Update Sep 3, 24. Tonight, a manager Sonny did contact me to address my concerns. He offered me a very nice car accessory to make things right. I appreciate Empire's commitment to customer satisfaction at salespoint and service needed thereafter. Because of this, I am updating my review to 4-star.

As a new customer to the Mazda brand I went to Empire Huntington because it looked like they had an adequate supply of Vehicles. As Soon as I got there I was Greeted by the General Manager Sunny who put me with an Excellent salesman Named Matthew. Everything from their was simply Blissful. I found the color of the vehicle I wanted and was given 2 test drives. The features that I wanted were available and the Negotiation was Haggle free. I originally scheduled a tire rotation, but Brianna did a great job coordinating everything, and Jeffrey went above and beyond by thoroughly checking my car and determining that a rotation wasn’t needed. Yesterday I bought a 2024 Mazda CX5 turbo premium from Sherry at Empire Mazda of Huntington. Sherry was absolutely amazing from start to finish!! She was able to get the car in a week and this particular model was very difficult to find but she made it happen!! She is a personable, caring, knowledgeable saleswoman who shows her experience with how she treats her customers. She really has a pulse on what will satisfy her customer and makes it happen!! I had prices from several dealers. All were nice to work with but Empire (and one other) were best. Empire had the car I wanted and were essentially tied for best pricing, and they were very friendly, helpful, and open. Sales rep Sam, Internet and phone contact Peggy, and others (Larry, Mark, Kelvin) were all excellent. Sam has been readily available for any questions on the new (and so more complicated) car. While not the dealer that I had purchased my car from, I took my CX-90 to Empire Mazda to address an issue with a consistent headlight malfunction warning. They were quick to schedule an appointment, evaluate the issue, and order a replacement headlight for me. Got an earlier than expected call that the part was in, scheduled the service, and they swapped out the headlight, checked for function, and all was good.
